Exploring trends in skilled nursing facility data

A colleague asked me to explore data on patients who are admitted to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). He was curious about where SNFs are discharging patients and how often patients present with new pressure ulcers during their SNF stay. I aggregated patient-level data in SQL and built funnel and unit charts in Tableau — for fun I added a burst of color.
